Knife Identification Help

I wondering if any of you guys have seen this knife before. The blade says Belknap and D97-62. Thanks for any info.

Yes I attempted to fix it but was unable to in my settings.

Yeah found it in a shed of a camp we just purchased.

Belknap was a hardware company in Louisville KY that sold, among other things, knives.
