Knife Identification please

i was pointed here from the traditional forums. I inherited this from my grandfather and they thought this may be a custom. Gonna pick y’alls brains and see if something can be kicked up. It has R R on the tang.

I go to my Knives Annuals when I see a challenge like this. Usually we strike out....

Just a guess, could be Ruben Ramos, I just happened to view one of his videos last night so RR rang a bell..

Tried to look up red royal knives online there was nothing. I did come across a knife last year that sold through Arizona customs from him and the tang stamp is identical.
