Knife identification

Hello i got some strange photos from my friend, can someone tell me what is it?

Looks to me to be a counterfeit knife with a original KA-BAR sheath... just a guess.

A picture of the whole knife is really necessary to give an full answer, but the portion of the handle that can be seen in the 3rd picture does NOT look like any factory Kabar handle I remember seeing.
