When I was watching the show, my first instinct was that it was obviously a Spyderco (because of the opening hole). Now that I've taken screenshots, I almost want to say that it's a Griptilian (because of the grind). I know the second screenshot isn't very good, but it almost makes the tip of the handle look pointy (very un-griptilian). Any ideas?

Obviously an Endura4.

Solid reflection on the grind suggest a flat saber grind. The tip looks to be tapered down like the new E4.

Oh man, you watch dexter? My favorite show. I remember seeing the spyderco. The sharp, and close bulge of the spydie hole tells you it's not a grip either.

i can tell you 100 percent that its not a griptilian. it certainly does look like a spyderco, but i cant tell for sure.

funny, i have only seen all of season one, and nothing outside of it except for this episode.

In the first screen shot you can see the handle pretty well and I cant see the axis lock which means to me 100% its a Endura4

It's clearly an Endura4. Just to reinforce the point. Spyderhole, handle, blade shape, and grind all match the E4 perfectly.

Or an Endura 4 ripoff, or maybe one of the larger Salt knives; I think there's an H1 knife like that.
I love this show.
And so many knives now that I've recognized.

I was positive it was a Delica 4 until I looked at the blade angle and length. I'm gonna have to go with DRod on this one, definitely an Endura of some sort. The Griptilian isn't that triangular. It could even be one of the Salt series, like Jill suggested, since the tip almost looks like it's tapered down more than the new E4.
