Knife in "The sum of all fears"

Greetings all,

I saw "The sum of all fears" yesterday and the knife scene caught my fancy.

Towards the end, the 'good guy, CIA, operative / assasin dude' used what appears to be a Busse (something) to ummmmm resolve a situation.

Can anyone ID the knife used??????

Oooooh, I'd steer clear of that knife! It sounds like an implement only to be handled by blue-eyed, chiseled featured demi-gods, like the genius that sharpened your Stryker.
