i have a custom made knife i got from a friend who got it at an estate auction in ky.
it has h.l.s. on the blade and some real nice file work on the top of the blade . it is very well made with handles that look like aged ivory but have figures like wood. seems to be a highly polished stainless although im not sure. it is sharp and has a very thin edge. flat blade .5 or 6 inch blade.the rear of the handle slopes down gracefully and is full tang with several small pins holding the scales on.
ill try to post a pic or 2 if possible.
any help would be apprecated. i think the person who made this did an excellent job and used excellent materials.
i live with in 30 mailes of steve dunn and herschal house so knife makers are not rare here in bowling green ky.
