Can anyone tell me anything about this knife?

That's an Old Timer knife made by the Imperial-Schrade Corp prior to their 2004 bankrupcy. It's not an ordinary Old Timer though, evident by the bone handles, fancy bolsters, sterling shield, and "LTD" tang stamp. My guess, it's one of the Old Timer Classics, model OTC80 as seen in this flier:

That one you've posted is missing the Everlasting Sharp blade logo. No worries, so is mine.

Thank you for the Information. I was having a hard time finding anything on it. Looks some knowledgeable Knife people here. This is the first Knife Board I've joined. I have a small Schrade collection, and a few Case knives. Also a few collectible singles. Here's a handmade knife I carry that Joel Chamblin made for me years ago.

Welcome to BladeForums, looks like you like your folders Calvin!

If you ever need more info on older or unidentified knives, I suggest you post your inquiries in Bernard Levine's subforum. Also, I think you will like visiting the Traditionals subforum.
