This is a folder that I made inspired by sebbies I have owned. The innards are very similar with phosphor bronze bushing and washers, harderned steel stop pin sleeve and round spacers. I have added an extra spacer for redundancy.

It differs in the fact that the screws are screwed directly into the locking slab, and I have used slots rather than hex head screws so it can be more easily dismantled in the field, it can be taken apart with a SAK. I used a thumb disk because the closed blade sits low into the handle and I have also moved the pocket clip from the locking bar side of the handle so the clip dosen't affect the strength of the locking bar. Like the sebbie, the clip sits in a milled slot. Its been flame anodised blue to blend in with jeans.

Looks pretty good. Are the screw heads flush? It looks like they would catch as they are now.

Thanks, the pivot and stop pin screw heads are 1.5mm proud of the handle, they are recessed but I did not want to compromise the strenght of the frame or screw by having them completely flush. They are rounded so don't catch nearly as bad as the clip.

Looks great, though I think I would rather have some other type of screw.
