Knife lanyard/FOB paracord tying?

Do you guys have any links to knife lanyard/FOB tying? I'm trying to look for step by step instructions. Some of the youtube videos are either too fast or incomplete. I just learned how to tie a Chris Reeve lanyard knot but I'm looking for others. The one I really want to learn is the round crown sinnet lanyard using two different colors of 550 paracord.
