Hello,

Does anyone know how accurate this website is in it's interpretation of the individual state laws? I understand that one should investigate on their own, each states laws but appreciate the ability to get a "gut check" on the law.

http://www.thehighroad.org/library/blades/knifelaws.html

It seems to be pretty accurate for my state, not sure of others. The website is actually very useful if it is accurate. I like the format.

*I have no affiliation with the site I am just seeking input on it's accuracy*

Thanks

I always like Levine's info on this site the best, and I have sent him updates for the NY law that he has updated his info on after checking the info I sent, so I am confident that he updates his info. The site you posted is good for the laws I know, but it does miss an exception in NY when you can possess a switchblade or gravity knife for use while fishing, hunting and trapping ( smae for the NYC blade lenght). It is a good guide for sure.
