Knife Laws

Yesterday, I purchased a Boker/Nealy knife with the MCS sheath. I found that the sheath fits the liner of my jacket perfectly, but was wondering about the laws of this. I live in Missouri and I looked up the "law" on it, and at one point it said "no concealable weapons," but it another section it details "concealable knives" and it doesn't give that good a description.

What are you all's thoughts on this, and what are your state's laws on carrying knives like this?
 
As copied from Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 571.010 Here

Definition of a Knife-(10) "Knife" means any dagger, dirk, stiletto, or bladed hand instrument that is readily capable of inflicting serious physical injury or death by cutting or stabbing a person. For purposes of this chapter, "knife" does not include any ordinary pocketknife with no blade more than four inches in length;

From this, I would assume it is legal to carry a folding pocket knife with a blade of 4" or less concealed, but anything else like a fixed blade would be considered illegal. Use your own discretion.

Edited to add: Forgot to mention statute 571.030 where it states
Unlawful use of weapons--exceptions--penalties.
571.030. 1. A person commits the crime of unlawful use of weapons if he or she knowingly:

(1) Carries concealed upon or about his or her person a knife, a firearm, a blackjack or any other weapon readily capable of lethal use; or
