Ever think that social media/internet life might not be what it appears at first?
At first glance from these pics...
...it would appear that I have access to fancy cars, always have hundreds of dollars in my wallet, and go shopping for high-end jewellery, when not cruising in my hovercraft or boating at sunset.
Well, the Corvette was sitting in a parking lot near the nearest bus stop to my house.
The Lamborghini was parked downtown today (not by me). Edit: Actually a Ferrari, as is obvious in the pictures. Brain not work good today.
The cash was prior to buying a bus pass to get to work, and putting the rest in the bank to be able to pay rent.
The expensive rings were something I took a look at when buying a rather less expensive gift for my wife.
The Zero Tolerance knife was a present for Christmas some years back from my wife.
The hovercraft was--oddly enough--parked in a downtown parking lot. Only time I've ever seen that.
The boat, modest as it is, belongs to my brother (although I put some money in on it when he bought it).
But just think how Instagram-cool I could be looking with those knives and a bit of not telling the truth about reality.
