Knife Lube?

Heard some uses Mineral oil on blades that will cut food.
 
Don't use oil - leaves oily surface that can get messy & collects dirt - clean blades with NeverDull & put coat of Renaissance Wax on - never had problem with any blades - just have to redo RenWax after using knife. Doesn't get inside of sheaths oily either.
