Knife magazines (non-digital)?

Good day,

I am interested in subscribing to only one non-digital knife magazine and was hoping some folks here could recommend their favorite.

My only real criteria here is, I just want to see and read a showcase for new knives that I can drool and obsess over, from a consumer's point of view. I really like both Knives Illustrated and Blade -- is either better than the other, in your opinion? Otherwise, are there any knife magazines I'm missing out on?

Lastly, might there be any Blade Forums discounts going?

(I did see that there are other threads on this subject but they're a bit dated and I wanted an up-to-date take.)

I hope you can help!

Sincerely,

Derek

If you have a Barnes & Noble bookstore nearby go check out their magazine section. They have quite a few knife related ones and you can judge for yourself.

If one takes into consideration the individual behind each publication
it is IMHO
That knives illustrated would likely have a more balanced content
And knife world immensely richer to the intellect.
Nothing wrong with the blade magazine
As It adequately entertains with its pictures and light reading material.

Thanks muchly for the recommendations!

Unfortunately, I don't have a Barnes & Noble near me (as in, different continent).

I just wanted to make an update for anyone who happens across this through a search, I placed an order for a subscription to Knives Illustrated in October 2015 and have received nothing. I am pretty disappointed and have requested a full refund.
