I live in Europe (Holland) and knife magazines are inearly mpossible to get here. There are one or two stores that occasionally carry knive magazines, but then you'd have to be really lucky to obtain a copy.

Do you know of American (or other good ones, there's one from Germany) knife magazines that sell in Europe? I know of Tactical Knives (US) and Messer Magazine (Germany). If they have electronic copies, that'd be even better, it would save me from travelling a lot. Zinio rules, but apparently they do not have knife magazines in stock.

To be honest, I've sort of given up on traditional knife magazines. To my way of looking, they've become more free-lance written infomercials than anything of real value. Although the columns written by knifemakers are certainly valuable, the reviews of various knives are less so. If I'm at the bookstore, and there's nothing else to browse through, I'll give them a look. However, it's been months since I found one worth buying.

I think you'll get much more from your interactions here, without the aggravation of procurement. Obviously YMMV.

Do they not have digital subscriptions? In the era of ereaders and internet pages, it would seem most publishers would have digital subscriptions, no?
