knife makeovers

I recently got this team Gemini mini and did a full makeover on it. hand smoothed scales and stripped and polished the blade also rounded off the spine. very happy with it so far, i still have a bit of work i want to do to it. caried it today on a 4x4 adventure to a local high mountain lake with my son and a friend. great day and a great knife happy 4th everyone.

I am out on 160 acres in the mountains of northern california, all the surrounding land is Taho national forest land. Bowman lake where we went yesterday is only 16 miles down 4x4 jeep roads from my place. I will definitely be exploring more out there just realized that there is at least 15 similar lakes up there on the top of the world and all within an hours adventure from here.
taking the whole family and the kayaks back up there in a few weeks for a campout.
