I hope no one thinks I am advertising again, But I am thinking about ordering a knife from http://www.nordicknives.com Has anyone ever delt with Nordic Knives??? And if so which knife maker would you recommend having make me a custom. Thanks
 
Well I guess NO ONE wants to help me B/C They think I am friends with the Spammer guy. FINE So I guess I will just suffer and learn from reading others post instead of participating. Thanks
 
You post a question and then 18 minutes later you whine because no one has answered your incredibly vague question? Give me a break! First of, Nordic knives are a great place to buy knives, but they sell the knives they have. If you want a particular maker to make a special knife for you, you will have to contact that maker. Secondly, to be able to make recommendations on which maker I would recommend make you a knife, I have to have some kind of idea what kind of knife you want. Ask the right questions and you will get answers.
 
Um, relax. Could be no one who has delt with them has read the thread yet. Don't panic. you will have a lot of time to become part of the forum. Take it easy....

It's not an uncommon mistake. I see this one occationally. I think it's simply that people mistake this forum for a chat room and they assume that all of these names they see, there's over 15,000 of us, are online at any given moment just waiting to chat. Sometimes, it happens. But, sometimes you have to wait a day or two to get a reply.
 
Oh, and a better title for the thread would help attract the right people to read it.
 
I am sorry for getting short fused. But you would be too if you asked a question and everyone got on your back right away for it.(NOT THIS ONE) I guess what I mainly wanted to know was if they were a reputable dealer of customs. Thanks

Not much use in getting humped up here when you are new. Respect is earned, not given.

Spend some more time reading and you will see there are some good, knowledgable people here.

If ruffled feathers are the only price I have to pay for the information I gain here, it is a great deal!
