knife makers in west texas

i have recently got really interested in knife making and was wondering if anyone on here knew if there are any knife makers in west texas around the lubbock area or if anyone on here makes knifes in this area.

I went to a hammer-in that Johnny Stout did at his shop in New Braunfels last year. I met a lot of amazing knifemakers from all over Texas who are very eager to help new knifemakers. They also do a show once a year that most of the members are at.

I lived in Abilene back in 2004-2006 moving drilling rigs and met a knife maker named Gary something. I wish I could remember his name. He was going to make me a katana. Do you know any new knife makers up for the challenge?
