Knife makers mark

I recently came across a very robust drop point fixed blade. Full tang with scales secured by hollow brass dowels. This knife is very beautiful and has the look of being hand forged. The only markings on the blade are W&W. Blade has a few specs of rust, which I am guessing it's probably 1095. I have turned the internet upside down and can not find any makers marks related to W&W. Maybe someone here can help?

Do you have any pics?

The only W&W that I am aware of are two brothers, Walter and Warrington Slater of England. They were most active around the late 1800's into the early 1900's. They made mostly folders to my knowledge, but it wouldn't surprise me if a few fixed blades were forged.

I can take one tomorrow, it's at the local pawn shop. They want $100 for it but have no idea who made it. I definitely need it in my collection but not knowing who made it is a concern lol.
