knife making book

I have been collecting knives pretty much my whole life but am wanting to get into customizing and making knives. I'm sure there has been a thread on this but my search will not work for some reason. Can anyone suggest a good book on the topic? There are several but I dont want to buy it without knowing if it is worth the money. Thanks.
 
The book, "How To Make Knives" by R.W. Barney, and R.W. Loveless is pretty good.
It shows at least three methods of making knives, and at least two ways to make sheaths, plus a host of other info.

"The $50 Knife Shop" by Wayne Goddard is a great book to start out with. It shows various ways to make knives "without" all of the expensive toys that you will inevidably start buying once you get the addiction going in full force :o
