Do knife makers only carry the knives or a knife they make?
.......
why?
If the knife they make is worthy of them making it then it should be the only thing they carry ,or eles they would have no need to make it..

Moving on...

This then may differentiate knife buyers and knife makers
could a buyer make themselves the perfect knife therefore ending the buying of any more knives at all, ever?

Not necessarily. For example, I'm a lawyer, and I provide services to folks - services that I hope I will never need for myself. That's about as simple as I can make it for you.

Why can't a maker carry another makers knife? It could have been a gift from a fellow knife maker, a knife maker could have liked what he saw and bought it to support a fellow maker.

Why not carry a production knife to see interesting and patented mechanisms like that on a Manix2, Para, Benchmande that he wants to research and might improve upon his own designs and intellectual concepts?

Yes a buyer can make his own knife, but will it end his buying....that would depend on the individual.
