By Tim McCreight , Custom Knife making, 10 Projects by a master craftsman.....He has written books from Knives to Jewelry making. There are plenty more from others. you live in Malaysia? It was when I was 13 y/o, I live on the island of Penang.. Bidor actually in the state of Perak, but right now i'm based in Kuala Lumpur, been work offshore, too much travel, thats why i'm prefer to seek on the forum. Maybe sometimes i will try to contact him.Not sure where this is in Malaysia, but someone is making knives.....Bidor Machetes and Parangs

Malaysia has lots of knifemakers.

Knife making is a Tradition. Read the stickies ...Well this is dying trade, youngster like me doesn't want to involved or learning traditional things, i can safely say that keris smith is not much.
Day by day, this traditional thing will bury to the ground. Let me know if you come here again.
