Hey guys,

Trying to figure out what model of Cutaway Cutlery this fixed Damascus steel blade is. It looks like a Buffalo Head with a 4 1/4" - 4 1/2" blade and 8 1/2" overall, but the wooden grip is not like any that i can locate. Would greatly appreciate some help!

G Glasgow Grins , you can't ask what the knife is worth unless you join BF and get a GOLD membership. But, a word on what the knife is.

It is a "Chipaway" not "Cutaway" knife (search the Indian head logo) of doubtful quality, mostly average to low, and is sold on cable television networks late at night in bulk on different hour/half hour knife shows pitching all manner of bulk cutlery. They show up a lot on the cheap around here at the gun shows and flea markets.

It probably had a name at one time, but I think they make most of those bulk knives in lots and they name them the same way depending on the marketing strategy of the evening.

Probably a good beater.
