Knife (multi-tool?) for work

I am constantly in people's houses for my trade, and I need a knife that is "non-threatening" because of this. I currently use a utility knife, but I am going through blades way to fast. That being said, I will be using it to cut wire and rope, open boxes, and lightly use for leverage. I would like to keep the blade between 1.5 to 2.5 inches. My budget would be up to $100. Any, and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Victorinox Tinker, Pioneer, or Farmer.

Leatherman Wave.

Mora fixed blade electrician's knife. Once you see it you will understand how non threatening it appears, but still looks pretty handy.
