knife museum ??

Did any of you guys get an e-mail from these guys wanting you to send them a knife?

“CULTER” INTERNATIONAL KNIFE MUSEUM in PATTADA in SARDINIA, ITALY.

Is this a legitimate Museum or what? If it is real, with all the scams going on with the internet I wouldn't think that this approach would work very well.

Just a quick google search doses show a knife museum there,though that doesn't mean it's not a scam!

I have a customer who purchased a knife for his cutlery museum in Italy. His, he claimed was the biggest private musem in Italy and the second largest in Europe. I will email him and see if he knows about this. I will get back to you.

He was in my store, he paid with a personal credit card. This was two years ago, and of course all, was fine. It was not connected in any way with this email. The museum of my friend is in Florence. I have sent him an email, I hope he will be able to give us some info. Like the rest of you I am thinking scam on this one.
