Last weekend at SMKW's I had the chance to ask some of the Representitives there some questions...and here is just some info I got. I'll try to add more when I get more time.
1. I had heard that there may be a smaller version of the Swiss Tool coming out...Not True! He did have one of the new Swiss Tools with the tire gauge and all, and I was not impressed! Very big and IMO looked kind of cheap with all the plastic and all.
2. Gerber said that they are in the works of making the A/F combat knife with the new lock that the Covert has, Just trying to sell what they have on stock of the older models before they are released. Hopfully soon, thnk I'll sell mine and upgrade to one of these!.
3. I wanted to pick up some of the new Hen&Rooster Millennium knives but I found out that they did not all have pinned on shields ( A personal quirk of mine ) I was told that the ones made by Klaas are and the others were not ?? Anyone have info on this ? The only one's that I saw with the new shields that were pinned on were the small stag pen knife and the master QH and CH.
