Knife on a TV show

Maybe I'm spoiled by the firearms movie database, but couldn't find something similar and hoping someone may know the answer....

On the Netflix show "You", season 2 and episode 2 ("Just the Tip") a guy (Jasper), pulls a folder knife on the main character. (He does more than that, but not important.) Anyone have any idea what it is? It always surprises me how well the firearms database folks can figure out *exactly* which pistol is even the briefest scene, so figure this would be a good place to start.

Maybe at least tell us the time stamp into the second episode to find it.

There are relatively few gun makers compared to knife makers. So it is easier for the gun guys to make a good call.

Might be a stage prop of a make-believe knife made especially for the show that does not exist in the real world.

Wouldn't be the first time, nor the last.

Around 13:24 and change. Couldn't get the TV to pause when it was opened at that point. Then again around 33:24. Having problems posting the pictures though.

It looks like it has been intentionally blunted (the point has been ground off). If so, it was probably a real knife, a cheap Chinese’s gas station knife.

Unfortunately, medium-sized, G-10-handled flippers are so common as to be almost generic these days. Identifying the knife from that single screenshot is going to be very difficult, particularly if it actually has been modified by the prop department.

Not quite a perfect match, but it looks like an MTech Ballistic.

If you like it and are trying to find a knife with similar styling, you might look at the Gerber Torch.

Thanks Steve. The screenshot above probably isn't the best way for someone to determine what it is, but I don't want anyone to spend anymore time trying to figure it out. (But if you are watching the show anyway....) Here are a few more shots....

I do admit that I like the style of the knife (really the size of the blade), but I'm also a bit uncomfortable saying that given how the knife is used in the first scene. I don't think that makes me a bad person...:)
