Knife on Page 58 Surefire 2003 Catalog

Hey guys!
I haven't been keeping up but what is the knife in the lower left corner in the top picture on page 58 of the Surefire 2003 Illumination tools Catalog? It has a "hexagon" shaped "spydie hole opener" (sorry about the nomenclature.
I know of the colabs with Emerson and Strider. This is neither of them and is a folder, a custom maybe? The next colaboration?

An octogan shaped hole sounds like a Ryan or Ryan collaberation.

I have never seen the surefire catalog but the hexagon hole remineded me of this.

without even looking at it, but based on your description I would say it's a Kinghts Arnament blade. TAD has them. pm

It's a beauty and though I'm familiar with Ryan's works, I didn't place it.
