My wife does not understand why I buy so many expensive Sebenzas. I ask her why she needs so many expensive shoes. Says she'll leave if I buy another Chris Reeve knife. Boy I sure will miss her.

I feel bad for ya. If I turn my back for too long my wife will swipe my Sebenza. I thought I cured her by buying her an Aviator for checking deer (She works for the DNR). But then after seeing my wood inlayed sebbie, she had to have one. I told her she could carry it for a while as long as she let me get a new Classic 2000 one. She approved and my new knife should be here Tuesday. I don't know though. I think she got the better end of the deal. That wood inlay is mighty nice. We may have to work out a mutual understanding. I haven't yet offered her my small decorated one to carry. That may be my next move. Hey...these are suppose to be MY knives.

Now I think I spoke to your wife once on the phone, gee, she seemed nice enough to me?
Tell her G2 said it was going to be OK and for her not to worry.....there are many worse things you could be doing......and if you are doing those..Stop that and save up for your knives
I'm lucky that my wife has resigned herself to not really even ask any more....plus the fact that people always send me knives for sheaths she can't tell if it's mine or one of theirs here for a fit up....handy

I think you did talk to my wife. She is very nice and I'm just having fun with this thread. She jokes about leaving me but I don't think she's even close. I gave up drinking three years ago and I come home every night and I don't spend so much money as to compromise our financial situation. I work overtime to suport my knife addiction. And by the way, thanks for the sheath you repaired for me. Now I use that little fixed blade for my lunch at work. I think of you every time I use it to cut my apple orange or what ever. The praises that you get from this forum are well deserved.
