Knife Parts Description

Anyone know where I can find a picture of a knife with it's parts indicated. Fixed blade only.

The annual Knives books have photos with labels inside the rear cover, if you have one of those handy.

AG Russell's website had a "Knife Encyclopedia" of knife-related definitions, but I don't know if there's a part i.d. section or not.

What is the area behind the guard called. Is the pommel the rear end?

Sorry, the photo above doesn't show a knife with a "pommel" or 'butt cap.' Here's a knife with a pommel:

Yes, the pommel is at the end of the grip.
