From now on, any knife passarounds I do will be restricted to the people who hang out here. The Bushcrafter I sent out on January 2nd has still not been reviewed by anyone. Very dissapointing, maybe there won`t be anymore passarounds.
 
My computer went haywire at home, and email access has been restricted at work. I haven't seen the knife yet, but when I do, I will email you on here, or post about it. Do you want us to post reviews in here, and in the review section, or just one spot? Can you get a Mod to post your review thread over here?

Do you know who has it?
 
Post in W&SS, that`s where it started. Besides, I need the exposure, I`m fricken dying! I even sold a couple of my guns. :eek:
 
That stinks John, how many people have had it? It'll certainly get a review when it hits my doorstep. :thumbup:
 
The first tester still has it, I`ve PM`d him several times. The second tester is going to PM him too, he has to leave town on Tuesday, and wants to do his review before then.
 
If he's had it for 13 days, that's far too long. Especially to not even have put up a review or contacted anyone.

I had a passaround and still have not located the F'ing package, don't know who has it.

For the first aid kit??!! OMG, that is RIDICULOUS. What the heck is with people? Well, when I get this passaround knife, I'm going to review it and John, RescueRiley is sending me the EWOK this week. I should have it any day now.
 
That's disappointing. I'm really looking forward to getting some outdoor time with this knife. It'll be my first experience with one of your knives and it's the model that I would guess would suit me best. I hope everyone else down the line is a bit more speedy and forthcoming with information.
 
A little update. I still have not heard back from the first reviewer, Brian Jones. This morning I sent another PM, and an email. The second reviewer, dttomcat, has said if he does not have it by tomorrow, he will have to drop out, as he is going out of town on the 20th. It`s very possible I will be calling this passaround off.
 
John, didnt you also ask for our phone numbers to be included in the signup email? Perhaps this could be a way to try and contact him.

Not like Brian at all to sleep on something like this.

Then again, there are no set time length in the pass around thread. You should have rules in there John. Brian may have been under the impression he can use the knife for 2 weeks or so. I have seen pass arounds like that before.

Brian is definately trust worthy, but with out set rules people can be very lax about getting the knife out to the next guy. I would post a reform to that thread bro.

The rules said 5-7 days. When Brian PM`ed me last weekend, he said it would be up by Monday night, that`s why I`m kind of worried. I`ve not heard from him since.

I`m a bit more worried about Brian than the knife. Like you said, this is not like him.

The knife and Brian are ok. He had some personal issues and sends his appologies to all for the delay. He is not by a computer but will get the knife out in the next couple of days.
 
there is probably a legit reason for brians situation. hope it picks up again soon though. the main problem with posting the passaround threads in ws&s is that all of the lurkers tend to seize the oppertunity to participate, making you have to increase the size of the passaround group to get in some more reputable forumites.
