Thank you Hig. The mods I did were as follows:
Ground the spine straight, then crowned it and the thumb ramp,
added full serrations (it was a combo edge before),
reground thinner behind the edge,
and the invisible mod is a detent ramp added, as the Spyderco Resilience is somewhat of a finger guillotine without it.

I attached a deep carry clip as well.
