It looks like the Knife Journal podcast may be no more, according to Facebook posts. Selfishly, I am disappointed to see it go, but I understand when one can get bored or tired of something. One host is stepping down, the other host stated that it may not return. I hope it does, I enjoyed the banter back and forth, but I appreciate the entertainment and knowledge shared.

I have not even looked for a new episode from Gear Geeks Live, as far as I know they are still on the air. I have no idea what happened to Equipped to Endure or Knife Thursday, they seem to have disappeared.

BHK Outdoors was pretty entertaining, when they parted ways, I was hoping one or even both of them would do their own separate podcasts.

Except for Knife Thursday, most of these podcasts also devoted a lot of time to cooking and bushcraft/woodcraft. They had some good interviews as well.

Can anyone recommend more podcasts? It seems that Apple has upgraded their systems and many old podcasts were converted to a new system, that is not recognized by my iPod, old iPhone or current iPhone. Knife, gun, outdoors related podcasts?

I subscribe to the Church of What's Happening Now, Joe Rogan, What you didn't learn in History Class, Hardcore History, Monster Talk, Sasquatch Watch and the Rampant Pirate. Most of Joey Diaz shows are pretty good, even if it is a guest I could care less about, he even interviewed one of our very own Bladeforums members about his knife book, they're friends. Joe Rogan is hit or miss, sometimes he has great guests. What you didn't learn is pretty good, though the episodes are short and too many commercials. Hardcore History is my favorite but they come out every couple months if you're lucky, a huge show to prepare for certainly. Monster Talk is interesting, Sasquatch Watch is sometimes painful to listen to, because I think these people actually believe they saw bigfoot.

the Modern Neanderthal Podcast is a good gear & knife based podcast. Today's episode featured Eugene from Olamic...they have a decent backlog and are good guys that support many forums.
