Dan Hirayama (that's Mister Semper Paratus to some of us
) made a custom hi-ride cordura pair of pants for the Terror Monkey Natural Outlaw.
It's got a Fastex buckle strap on the pocket flap, a Mt Mike style flat pocket on the back of the sheath for a credit card size sharpener, and split belt loops (to straddle a BDU pant belt loop) on the back that are non-standard features. There is a pair of Chicago screws at the bottom that keep the kydex liner in place.
He said that it took a TON of adjusting to get the retention strap positioned so there is zero rattle when the blade is sheathed. And he NAILED it!!! This combo is killer, to say the least. I'm doing the Happy Dance now!

For those who care about such things, here are the specs on the photography of the shot.
- Nikon Coolpix 4300 digicam, tripod mounted
- about 1/4 second exposure time
- focal distance about 30"
- shot on jute type rug background
- NO flash
- incandescent overhead light left on (Doh!!)
- other parts of the room flooded with bright hard sunshine
- shot about 10:00 am in a white & light yellow painted northeast-facing room with sliding patio door about 6' wide
- digital post-shoot sharpening to compensate for the fuzziness that is often inherent in digital cameras
