Knife Reccomendation

It's another one of these threads but I have specifics. I mentioned this in another thread too, but I am working at Wal Mart, and I want a knife for the job. Right now I'm carrying around a Kershaw S30V Blur, but I have a few problems with it. It's larger than I need for anything at work, I like the knife too much to abuse it, and the assisted opening attracts attention. The ideal knife I am looking for is the Spyderco Native we are supposed to sell. It would only cost me about $38, has S30V as well, it's small, perfect shape. But we got it deleted from the system so I'm out of luck until I can go to another Wal Mart. But they have me working so much I never have time...

So now time for the specifications:
-Use the Native/Kershaw Cyclone as a template. I like that blade shape.
-Blade size about 3". Maybe a little less.
-Cheap and useable. $35-$45 tops (including shipping).
-Medium steel. Nothing fancy, but nothing cheap. I want some experience with sharpening. But I don't want crappy steel. The nicer the better, for the price.
-No liner locks. Nothing against them, I've just never had anything else.
-No assisted opening.
-Wider blade, rather than longer (think Cyclone, not Leek)
-Reasonably tough.
-Need to be able to open/close it with one hand. Shouldn't be much of a problem.
-I don't want to be too afraid to lose it.
-No recurve (Rules out the Kershaw Storm :( but I don't like it on box tape too much.)

And really, please don't reccommend anything over $45. Even if it's $50 and a ton better. I could still buy my Native for that price online. The reason I'm not doing the "for just a little bit more I could get the (insert awesome knife here)" is because I love my Kershaw Blur, and if I wanted to upgrade from $45 to $50, I would just rather use my Blur instead. I want something I feel was cheap enough to replace, but not so cheap I will purposefully lose it.

So knife masters, lay it on me. What are some good reccommendations?

A knife that fits all your criteria except the one-hand opening part is the truly excellent, sturdy, light and stylish Eka Masur with good 12C27 steel. 100 years of knife building experience, and it shows.
Here for $39.17

(the moose leather sheath isn't included at the cheap price)

Or here for a dirt cheap $23.86 its almost twin brother Eka 88 with similar properties:

Comments about it here.

In my opinion this has a lot more soul than a native (while I acknowledge that it's pretty good).

spyderco delica or dragonfly, or whichever byrd best fits the size you want. Walmart has them on their website with free shipping to the store so you can pick it up at work

I would say dragonfly, the Native is not all that small and in my opinion would still attract attention.

If you change you mind about liner locks, a Spyderco Tenacious sounds like a very nice choice.

Actually I'm looking at the Spyderco Flight or the Spyderco Raven. Would they still be too large?
