Knife repair

I have a T.O.P.S.CQT thunderhawk that doesn't open right is there someone I can send this knife to for repairs.Id like to have brass washers fitted.I didn't have much luck with T.O.P.S.Thanks

Did you try getting help where you bought it from? Or do a Google search for the manufacturer to see if ythey could help? Lastly, are you able to take it apart yourself, there are places to buy the washers?

Where can you get brass washers for knives? I've also heard of phosphour bronze washers in some knives, are they better?

You can also get Brass or Nylon or whatever but I like the Bronze the best.

Thanks for your reply.I tried to talk with T.O.P.S.but that didn't work out,I bought the knife at gun show from one of T.O.P.S.partners really nice guy very helpful no problem there.I don't mean to imply that any of the problems I'm having are their fault I messed this knife up just need some help fixing it.
