Does Anyone know who does (Good)repair work on knives,such as regrinding sharpened edges,polishing etc...
 
Actually, I'm trying to get started in that area myself (seriously). What sort of project do you have in mind?
 
I have a double edged Bauchop fighter with an Uneven tip-That's the One thing that Drives me NUTS.Looks like a slight regrind on one side of the top edge would even it up.What kind of metal work experience do you have? Thanks
 
I've been sharpening my own and friends knives for about 14 years (since I was 7). I'm pretty good, and currently use an Edge Pro Apex. It gives the best edges of any sharpener I've used. If you're interested drop me a line at rr_blade@excite.com.
