Knife Restoration

Hi i was curious if anyone knows of a restoration place around Riverside CA that would be able to repair my knife. It is a butterfly knife that i received while in the military deployed in the Philippians. A few of the handle pieces are missing or falling off and the knife is rusty. Any info will help.
