I am looking a good knife set. The function would be for many purposes, but the main purpose is for chopping meat and other food related in a restaurant kitchen. The knifes would be sheathed in one arrange. What is good? I have read these knife set reviews. Could you please please give your opinion? Any idea would be very nice. Thanks!
