I have a Mini Ritter that has a very small nick in the blade...Tiny...I would like to get this taken out by someone who knows what they are doing and then do a super sharp edge that I can maintain with a strop...
More than anything I am curious how much sharper my knives can be than what I accomplish with a sharpmaker and strop...
