I am totally a noob to the knife game but I have always loved blades. I am looking at a few knives at the moment, a lot of them are tanto style partially serrated. I would like yalls input on that as well as on SOG knives. Now to the point, I am researching ways to sharpen knives and from what I see all I need is a stone and a leather strop/belt. Is this correct? What else would I need for the serrations? Thanks I hope to get schooled by some veterans.
