Hello all, new here Groundhog Day 2021. I used to be a pro salon shear sharpener but found greener pastures. I have always had an interest in making blunt steel sharp. I hate to start with a gripe but, I searched all the forums looking for one about knife sharpening and I didn’t find one. Can someone point the way?
