Knife shops in Kentucky?

For those of you familiar with the state I live between Lexington and Ashland/Huntington. About an hour either way.

Are there any knife shops in KY or Huntington, WVA with a wide selection? All I ever see are shops that carry case and buck. Not that there is anything wrong with these makers it is just not much to choose from.
