Knife Shops near Colonial Williamsburg ?

I am taking the whole family on vacation to do the Bush Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg and Virginia Beach tour, and was wondering if any of the forumites here could recommend any knife shops in the general area. Besides, the whole family collects and uses them too. I got them all hooked.
