W&T

I believe you could just post it here (Blade Discussion Forum) but don't take my word for it ;)

Do you mean marketing your own knife show, or are you curious as to whether there is a place here to view lists of shows here and there?

OK- I'll Post

NCCA 2 day knife show, Jun 21, 22, 150 tables, we will have coll stuff and great stuff for raffle- and if anyone wants tickets, let me know- W&T
we have a great Siska Bowie and Howard Hitchmough folder, plus Joe Szalski drop point hunter ect..

Our show is not in Blade's leaque, thank heaven!, but many who will be at Blade will be here as well, Plus we are user friendly and pleasant, unlike the corporate types at Blade ;) ;)

Danelle I was looking at your web page and saw your corsica. I had a blue 1991, I loved, until recently when it went to the grave yard. I managed to get almost 181,000 miles on mine. The wiper motor did not spray anymore. The struts were worn completely out. The brake cylinder for the right front end no longer worked. The cd player was no longer working. Ac no longer worked (hadn't in two years +) The gas flap spring was lost (flapped in the wind!). Not to mention the left turn signal was "wire tied" to what was left of the bumper. Last, but not least one of the spark plug holes was stripped out, so it went on three cylinders instead of the four it was intended for. With all that it ran really well. Unfortunately I believe the body would have fallen apart before it stopped running!!!

As a show-goer and a table holder in the past, I have found the "corporate types" at Blade quite friendly, able and willing to do everything reasonable to help out. I am sure your show is enjoyable with nice folks (all NCCA shows are), but so is Blade and the staff there is just as nice and pleasant as they come.

Thanks "Bastid"

Stop and see me at the show. :D

Missy
(one of those "ornery" corporate Blade types..)

I am not having any luck getting rid of this one. It's sitting in my driveway collecting dust. Suppose it's time to consider towing it to where ever it is that Corsicas go to die.

....I'll have to echo Bastid's post.....last year was my first Blade and maybe it's just advancing old age, but I had more fun than I can remember having since..........?????? Everyone I ran into was extra friendly. Especially if I mentioned being a first-timer or if I asked a question. ( see sig line :-) ) I, for one, don't know where walk&talk's coming from.

Danelle,
sorry to hear that. Unfortunatley when I was getting rid if mine I called the only slavage yard in my area and they said they would'nt even take it if I gave it to them :( . So I ended up trading it in on a saturn and got a $100 dollars for it.
