Have to attend on Sat. My wife is having a pig roast Friday evening and I have to help take apart two BBQ'd pigs. I am going to bring my custom Dozier 9" flat ground carver and my Dozier large Elk Hunter for the joints etc. The only problem is that no one else can use them because they are not used to the sharpness. If these blades even kiss you, you are cut!-Dick
