I know there is going to be a knife show in NYC on November 21-23...but does anyone know how to go about getting tickets to this and how much tickets are for this event..?

Pay at the door type tickets.
I doubt that they are sold in advance.
Around $15-20.
I'm sure someone will put up a link as it gets closer.

I believe that the Nov show is New York Custom Knife Show (NYCKS).

But yea, its a pay at the door type of thing.

It's not just a knife show, it's a Bladeforums convention. Just go up to the most ridiculous people you see there, that'll be either me or Ebbtide. Actually, we may be talking to each other! We'll point out a few others from there. :)

I would really like to go to a Folding Knife show...are there any of those in the NJ/NY Area..? Something where they would show all the new stuff from say Kershaw, Benchmade, Boker, etc...

Sorry these are custom knife shows.
Very few, if any, factory knives there.
Come anyway.
Well worth the trip :D

Uhm, dont count out The JerzeeDevil contingent my good man!

Ron LaBella

I didn't know how to take Ed's comment, but now that LaBella is included, it's all good.
:P

LaBella's good? For what?

(For meetings. When there's no knife show around, come to the NJKCA meetings.)

((Next meeting on Saturday, August 23, 1:00 PM.))

I'll be the guy trying to buy a Terzuola or an XM-18.

Buy an XM-18. ha ha ha ha ha ( Sorry about that. Come early.)
Rick is great to talk to, though.

So is Bob Terzuola, and I don't know, but he should have knives.

I had a chance to speak with Rick briefly last year. Great guy. One of the guys helping at his table offered me an off-table deal, a Firetac, which I stupidly declined. I won't make a stupid mistake like that again!

I wonder if Rick is going to be doing a lotto for his knives again, or if he'll have "enough" to just put out there.
