Knife Show Question

Do they generally put out everything that is available the first day or do they hold back some stuff for each day? Trying to figure out how many days I'll have to be in Jersey City.

At Blade they have the table full of various Custom Shop and Combat Grade stuff, and then have several releases, over two days, of the Blade Show Special Edition knives. If I had to guess, this show may be more like Knob Creek, in which they cover the table with s**tload of knives, and it's all "first come, first served". Be prepared for a stampede at the Hog Trough, where the piglets get stomped by the Boars!!
