Knife shows, where?

I live in southern Kali i will go to upcoming Great western but did not notice that many Knife makers there last time, saw a Randall table but did not notice to many others, was in Solvang years ago and remember a lot of makers, but was little kid. Can anyone tell me where good shows will be and where "THE ONE" is, if such a show exists. Thanks
