so recently I got a benchmade 940, really like it, so now I'm looking for knife that has similar profile. I find zt450, kizer Gemini to be kind similar ti TI handle and good steel, any other knife that has similar profile as 940 with ti handle and good steel under $300.

I carry the 940-1 over my 0450 every single time. Buy a Skyline if you don't have one yet and spend $250 on something else
...like maybe the new Spyderco Mantra2. I haven't carried the 940 since I got it.
too bad CF just didn't do it for me, hence I bought the 940. I like anodized handle, so now looking for some TI handle with s30v or other consider good steel.
I also like the green on 940 compare to 940-1

How about the Benchmade 943? I have a 940, and am often looking at that as well.
And your idea of the ZT450 and abbazaba's Mantra 2 suggestion have also crossed my mind, as good knives of similar proportions to the 940. I think the Gemini, while perhaps in the same weight and length class, has a very different blade profile, being a much deeper drop-point.
You might also check out the Al Mar Falcon Ultralight, the Boker Plus Mini Kwaiken, the HK Nitrous Blitz (discontinued, but still around) though the Al Mars still run AUS-8 and the HK I think is 154CM.

Mantra2 is Ti and M4 steel... Not very many better combos IMHO. Very similar size/weight to the 940. Colorless though.

Spyderco southard, one of the few spydies I do like the design of, g10 on a titanium framelock. A little bit heavier, but very similar profile to the 940 w/ cts-204p Steel
Rike Kwaiken 1507s - a bit larger, all titanium framelock w/s35v
Böker + titanium Kwaiken - damasteel (a trademarked pm-stainless-damascus made of proprietary steels, basically equivalent to 154cm and sandvik14c28)

Though I honestly own neither Mantra (a '1' will be on its way soon), I have significant experience with both. I personally like the Mantra better, as I prefer multiple opening methods, but the Mantra 2 is obviously closer in profile...all coming from some who loves and has owned multiple 940's.
